VA Dove Season: September 4th-10th (noon-sunset), September 11th- October 12th (1/2 hour to sunrise-sunset)

October 20th- November 6th, December 27th- January 8th

15 daily limit, 30 in posession

Early goose: September 1st-25th (sunrise-sunset), 10 daily limit, 20 in posession

Early Teal: September 20th-30th (sunrise-sunset), 4 daily limit, 8 in posession

VA Duck Season: October 7th-11th (Black duck closed),

October 23rd (Youth hunt day),

November 20 - December 4th,

December 11th - January 29th

Daily limit is 6 ducks: mallards, 2 can be hens, 4 scoters, 3 woodies, 2 redheads, 2 scaup, 2 pintail, 1 black duck, 1 canvasback, 1 mottled duck and 1 fulvous whistling duck. Posession is twice the daily bag limit.
